From the mountainous region of Yauco, Puerto Rico, we source rich soils that reward us with chocolatey and aromatic flavors. The perfect climate on the mountain slopes, thanks to Caribbean trade winds, and the added nutrients from local rivers and fruit crops, contribute to the unique character of our coffee.

Experience the following tasting notes in our Yauco x Colombia Blend: a chocolate and caramel aroma, light hints of vanilla and citrus, medium to bright acidity, a clean and sweet finish, and a full body texture. This blend incorporates a washed process and is roasted to a medium level, resulting in low acidity.
